I also did 25 squats it’s not many but it’s a start I’m going to do them everyday.
Dinner🍴was take out at a local restaurant. Turkey and dressing, green beans, mashed potatoes, a roll and cranberry sauce. Not exactly the healthiest but it could be a lot worse. Getting up bright and early to workout.💪
